We have fresh certified organic vegetables in quantity in season. We now are starting canning, freezing and salsa quantities of warm season crops such as tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, onions, green beans.

September....12 ears corn, 2 # or bunches carrots, 1 bunch beets 5 # yukon golds, 2 # fingerlings, 2-3 cucumbers, 2-3 sweet peppers, 1# cherry tomatoes, 3 # candy onions, 2 # red onions, bu green onions 3 # sweet potatoes, some type of leafy greens, Cantaloupe or watermelons, 1-2 more surprise items.
October...2# or bunches carrots, 5# Yukon, Red or Purple Potatoes, 3# Candy onions, 3-5 # tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, 5# Sweet Potatoes, 3# red onions, 2# shallots or bunched leeks, Acorn and Butternut Squash, Pumpkin, Chard or kale, 1-2 more surprise Items.
November and December will be similar to October but with parsnips, and hopefully some cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower and russet potatoes and possibly some late tomatoes and winter head and/or baby leaf lettuce along with a surprise or two. WE will make sure their is at least $65 to $70 of retail food value from our farm each of the four pick ups...Sept 17th, Oct. 15th, Nov 19th and December 17th for you and family or friends to enjoy!!
